We are the "St. Theodore Gavras Society ". This is the spiritual initiatic brotherhood, which aims to revive the traditions of the spiritual brotherhoods of the Middle Ages.

Our aim is the restoration of true order of things, veritable spiritual values and the traditions of undisturbed Byzantine Christianity in opposition to spiritual decay and total degradation trends which are triumphant at the end of our aeon.

The honorary members of the Society are the heirs of Gavras-Palaiologos family, who are related with the last Byzantine Emperors and are the descendants of the Theodoro state despots. There are the representatives of aristocratic families of "Byzantine world", respected public characters, journalists, scientists among the members of Society. Every person who shares the aims of the Society and wants to save the ontological human status in the days of " Laodicean Church" can become the member of the Society.

The members of Society believe in one Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church, as it was determined by the Orthodox Creed. At the same time we oppose to philetism heresy, which dominates in many Orthodox jurisdictions and which is the extreme profanation of the Christianity basic principles.

We respect all the traditional confessions and welcome the representatives of these confessions in our Society.

At the present time due to the lack of financial resources our activity is the information propagation and elucidative work. Meanwhile we try to attract the maximum attention to the history and culture of the Byzantine Crimea.

We have the plans of the informational publishing activities, the creating of documentary films. That is why we will be happy to contact with journalists, producers and publishers, Ukrainian (domestic) and foreign.

Also we can render assistance in organization of pilgrimage to the Holy Places of Sacral Crimea, which are related to the Saint Grail tradition, including the places that are unavailable through the official tourist agencies.

Hereafter we plan to get help to science organizations in the excavations realization, conservation and protection of Crimea monuments.

As well we decided to initiate the building in Crimea region the Church of Saint Theodore Gavras, the heavenly protector of Northern and Southern parts of Black Sea Region who was undeservedly forgotten by present-day Church, and also the building the center for pilgrims accommodation and spiritual perfection under this Church.
